Counterpane Goodnes

As promised a finished FO pic of my Counterpane Carpetbag! A few days late, but an FO nonetheless.

I finished, woohoo!

Pattern: Counterpane Carpetbag from Handknit Holidays
Yarn: Cascade 220 (2 skeins used, some left over)
Needles: Size 8 bamboo straights

I completed the actual knitting part of the bag over a 2 weeks ago, but had to wait until last weekend when I could get to a sewing machine for the lining. As I've said before, I really enjoyed working on this bag. The pattern was simple, but interesting enough to keep my attention. The result is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I've already been using the bag the past few days and have received a few compliments here and there. One of my sisters actually saw it this weekend and already requested one for herself!

I would definitely recommend this project to everyone out there. I have a feeling I'll be making a few more in the future!
