Hmmmm.... Interesting post, intriguing challenge, excellent incentive. How can I pass it up? Not much competitiveness in my veins, true; but I do like problem solving. I have printed the recipe and will give it some thought. Here's the question: Can GF flour work in a scone? We shall see.
